Bill Kennedy is a REALTOR® serving El Dorado Hills, Folsom, Cameron Park, and the surrounding Sacramento and Sierra Foothill communities. He brings more than 20 years of experience in consultative enterprise technology sales and leadership, where he helped organizations navigate complex decisions through trust, strategy, and long-term relationships.
Today, Bill applies that same thoughtful, relationship-driven approach to real estate. He believes buying or selling a home is far more than a transaction; it is one of life's most significant financial and personal decisions. His role is to provide clarity, sound guidance, and a steady hand while helping clients make confident decisions that support their goals, their family & their future.
Before entering real estate, Bill spent his career working with organizations focused on education, financial wellness, employee well-being, and social impact. Those experiences continue to shape his commitment to service, communication, and helping people navigate important life transitions.
Beyond real estate, Bill is the founder of Good Bones, a community initiative rooted in the belief that strong foundations matter...in homes, in people, and in the communities we share. Through Good Bones, he supports local dog rescue and foster efforts, advocates for financial literacy, promotes trail stewardship and outdoor recreation, and shares his perspective as a cancer survivor and advocate for resilience.
As an active member of the Folsom Auburn Trail Riders Action Coalition (FATRAC), Bill believes that caring for trails, open spaces, and community resources is an important part of preserving the quality of life that makes the Sierra Foothills such a special place to live. He is equally passionate about helping young people develop financial literacy and life skills that can create opportunities for generations to come.
As a cancer survivor, Bill understands the importance of resilience, perspective, and supporting others through life's challenges. His commitment to social impact through community service, stewardship, and helping others build strong foundations continues to influence both his personal life and his work with clients.
A Bay Area native who has proudly called El Dorado Hills home for nearly two decades, Bill enjoys mountain biking, trail running, snowboarding, paddleboarding, and exploring the outdoors with his wife and family.
Bill believes success & service can go hand in hand, and that meaningful work should strengthen the communitieis it touches. Whether helping first-time buyers purchase a home, guiding empty-nesters through a new chapter, assisting active adults exploring 55+ living, helping clients sell a longtime family property, fostering a rescue dog, or supporting a local cause, he believes that the strongest homes and the strongest communities are built on good bones.
